DESCRIPTION:
German seconds beating, center seconds regulator movement (unsigned) from late 1800s, now in a purpose built cherry case circa 1950. Dial is paint on tin with narrow spun brass bezel, probably same date as case. 8 day
CONDITION:
glue joints failed on door and there are now right angle steel brackets screwed to inside of door.. Case has only wax finish. Pendulum stick, pulley and beat scale are commensurate with weight driven movement, the bob is from another clock, but works ok. No crank.
